The Greatest I've Ever Eaten, October 6, 1999, Wayne Pickering
When I present my seminars to an audience and they are all
jazzed about finally finding the RIGHT way to eat after much confusion over the years
about this subject of NUTRITION, a new question always comes up. "WHERE DO I
GET SOME OF THESE FRUITS AND OTHER GREAT THINGS TO EAT THAT YOU
ESPOUSE?"
Well I thought it would be great, since so many of us are on the road and eat out a lot as well as stay in a lot of hotels, to have a reliable source of practically everything available when we want it. When I travel I always have a back up for those times when it's almost impossible to get the kind of food we really want to eat. I refuse to eat junk as my body is not a garbage dump with a hairy lid. This is my corporate headquarters and since I own 100% stock in this blue chip corporation, I don't think it would be good business sense to sell my stock too cheap by eating less than the best!
So if you would like to have that reliable list of food sources that took me several years of trial and error, then this is my gift to you for this month's article. My next article will be all about the 3 Foods to Avoid at all cost! Try to remember that we are the only ones who put the food to our face. Reward yourself with the best…you deserve it!
