Thank you for ordering and honoring my art. There is a minimum order of 5 cards at $2.50 per card. (Shipping $1.50.) If you order 10-30 cards, the cost is $2.00 per card. (Shipping $3.00.) For 31 or more, the cost is $1.50 per card. (Shipping $3.00)As for Florida's 6% tax, I will pay this myself.

Each card comes with an envelope and is enclosed in plastic.This order form can be printed. Please indicate on the printed form, the number of cards per style, as well as mailing and cost information. Mark the number of cards right next to the style number. Please fill in other information found at the bottom of this page.
