Swimming with the Dolphins

What does this woman think she is doing? Kissing a dolphin, of course. What else would she be doing on her birthday?
Suzi Parker was given the gift of a swim with the dolphins at Miami's Seaquarium. That gift was given by her friend Jane Eberts, seen below with her sister Betsy. Jane is riding on a dolphin.
Two of the floppy picture disks failed and the images of the birthday girl riding her first dolphin were not recorded, except in her memories. But, Betsy's face (to follow) mirrors that of her friend and sister.
And, what do the dolphins think about these human riders? Don't know for sure, of course, but they seemed to be enjoying the interaction.
When the humans waved goodbye and the dolphins waved back, it was probably just an act on the part of the dolphins. But, when the humans left the pool area the dolphins disappeared. The jumping a swimming that had gone on nonstop by the dolphins, just ceased. Maybe the dolphins were tired or maybe there was no longer an audience.
Or maybe they were getting ready for another show in front of a much larger audience...
Do yourself and family or friends a favor if you are in South Florida. Go to the Miami Seaquarium in Miami. From 9:45 - 5:15 there are shows (dolphin, whale, sea lion, crocodile, manatee, and shark) and exhibits (birds, wildlife, and even remote control boats and cars) that will fill your day with wonder. The Seaquarium is an excellent South Florida attraction and well worth the price of the ticket. You can find out details at
